Global e - line Training

One of our priorities is to assure the rapid independency of our customers. This is made possible by the user-friendliness of Global e-line. An independent customer is a happy customer.

Global e - line has several modules, each designed for a specific group, containing the functions each group needs:

The GL Contact module is designed for customers, who need to ask questions, to access the Solutions Base, and to follow the progress of their on-going inquiries...

The GL Expert module is designed for case managers, support technicians or experts, who need to create inquiries, answer questions asked by the customers, redirect them, manage customer files, etc.

The GL Manager module is exclusively used by the Global e - line managers, who take care of the initial configuration of the application and the file management, access rights, etc.

There are several different possibilities concerning Global e - line training. The Standard Training Course and the Custom Training Course.

Standard Training Course

The Standard Training Course, Global e - line in 5 days, is an intensive class to get acquainted with Global e - line and to be fully operational in all modules.

Certificate of Achievement
A certificate of achievement can be delivered for each participant who successfully complete the Global e-line training course.

Custom Training Course

We can offer a number of customized modules, adapted to the specific needs of each customer and each group of users of Global e - line. These courses are normally held internally, at the customer company's offices. These Global e - line courses are adapted according to your business and the groups you wish to train. A training course links theory and practical examples based on case studies from a test base complying with your needs. That is one of the reasons why these training sessions (designed for maximum 8 participants) should take place in a work environment internally in your company. Normally the details of the contents of the user training (customers and experts) are finalized as soon as the client has validated the prototype of the application. Papers for the course are then elaborated, using screen shots and realistic examples based on a configuration adapted to your line of business and your organization.

Technical Manager Class

Lasting approximately 2 days (according to the degree of detail required), the Technical Manager Class aims to learn your technical manager how to manage Global e-line, how to install the new versions, administrate the back-ups, overview the bases, the network traffic, the bandwidth, etc. The technical manager, normally your system administrator, must become independent and be able to answer immediately when facing technical problems, without the physical intervention of a BusinessLine consultant.

Functional Manager Class

This training can theoretically be carried out in 3 days, but normally it is taking place along with the custom configuration assistance services. We prefer to guide our customers in the discovery of the functionalities, and to implement them immediately, instead of prolonging the theoretical parts.

Expert Training

This training lasts one day for a group of maximum 8 persons. The content is adapted according to the custom configuration already implemented and validated by the functional manager and by representatives from the expert group.

Customer Training

This training can take place during an information meeting and it includes two aspects:
1. The presentation of the application in a general context (modules, participants, objectives).
2. The training for practical use of the GL Contact module.
